Electrochemical Deburring
ECD is a process in which electrolysis is used to de-burr machined parts.
The ECD process is fast. It takes as little as 5 seconds to complete a job and seldom takes longer than 45 seconds.
The ECD process is able to handle jobs with has a high level of repeatability.
This process is essential for parts that are machined with small crevices that cannot be de-burred using conventional means.
Using ECD to remove burrs ensures a very clean de-burring process that is critical for high value parts.
